The beginning of any year is a hard reset for a lot of people. Social media will be full of people making resolutions to get in shape, eat better, sleep better, etc. If you’ve been a long-time reader, you know that I don’t believe in resolutions. What I do believe in is healthy habits that are built over time until they become a lifestyle – something that you eventually do without thinking about.
