Weekly Meal Plan 08/17/2020

I may have missed a week . . . or three . . . but please forgive me while I get used to putting one of these together on a regular basis.

This week, we’re bringing in the concept of the batch meal with the keto jambalaya. I can’t take credit for it, and I’m not going to condescend to you and pretend like you have no idea what a batch meal is. If you don’t – feel free to ask. We don’t bite around here! Just remember to double the recipe and make enough for two nights.

As always, while I’m getting ramped up I will be featuring many recipes that don’t belong to me and all of those recipes will be linked below the image. You can assume that the rest are mine and I will get them posted just as soon as I can!
