This week is full of some my favorite upgraded weeknight meals. Who said quick has to mean boring?
The recipe bank is still coming along. You’d be surprised how long it takes to write a recipe that you’ve made a hundred times. I almost always forget to say “Season your meat on both sides with 1/4 Tbsp each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder!” It’s a good thing my editor loves me.
